Question by Katherine D: any ideas on face paint designs?
my daughter is in her first ballet show later in may. she is a fish i need a really cool design for a full face fish type thing.
i gave it a go when i found out i need to do her make up as a fish i really need all your arty know how please help me i want her to look good in her first show.
just to add she is only three so cant fit much on her face but any ideas even pics would be great. thanx.

paint her face a golden color. Add pouty lips and a fin on each cheekbone shaped like a wedge of pineapple for a fin. Place a c shaped line just in front of the fin for a gill cover. Goldfish! Possibly outline her eyes so they stand out. Possibly add a few golden orange c’s along her jaw for scales. Whatever you do,she will love. Isn’t that the point?

Question by Curly: I need face paint designs for a fairy costume!?
I am Helping with booths for a Halloween carnival at my school and I am dressing up as a fairy! I want to find a very elegant face paint design to paint on my face. and I am looking for something earthy and pretty! Please include a pic and instructions if possible! thanks! 
P.S. I am 13 so nothing too childish please!

add some lines that curl and draw on leaves 
do this around your temples. or watch more tutorials for that

Question by : What symbols and icons would be good for children’s face painting?
I’m doing some entertaining at a benefit family fun day thing tomorrow, and I’m going to be face painting and doing caricatures. I’ve done caricatures many times but I’m completely new to face painting. Can I get some suggestions of whole-face designs and cheek designs that might be cool so I can draw them on a poster before hand? Simple is the best. (ie. Batman logo, etc)
